TK Apps provides white-label mobile application solutions, including but not limited to transport, delivery, dating,
streaming, education, and booking platforms.

2. Payments

All payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe. Payments made for setup services are non-refundable once work has started.

3. Subscriptions

If applicable, monthly services may be billed on a recurring basis. Clients may cancel subscriptions according to agreed terms.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, branding materials, and required assets for app development.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines may vary depending on project scope and client responsiveness.

6. Limitation of Liability

TK Apps is not liable for business losses, indirect damages, or misuse of the application after delivery

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
